| This is Maria. She died when she was almost 2 years old. Maria was a cute baby, and was always playing with flowers. Maria was in a complicated family. Her mother was only 18, and her father, her moms boyfriend was 20. Her mothers parents refuzed to help her raise Maria and told her to move out. She moved into her boyfriends house. Things did not go well. Her mother was trying to finish her collage course, and her boyfriends was having trouble keeping a job. Her boyfriend was smart and loving, but because he had to quit at grade 12 to be there for her he was having trouble. One day after being fired he came home and was intoxicated with depression and stress. While trying to calm him down Maria's mother was stabbed by her boyfriend. He didn't know what he was doing. Maria came out of the other room and looked up at him and said "Daddy...?" an a baby voice, he couldn't control himself, he grabbed her and took her out to the swimming pool. With tears he pushed her under the water, With tears he watched the life leave her. He layed her next to her mother, realizing what he had done, he could not bare the future. He took his own life. Maria, wandered around for ages looking for her parents, but she found you. She feels your kindness, and that your a loving person. She follows you and makes sure that you are kind to everyone. |
